Purchaser's sole recourse after the warranty period, for defective power supplies, ballasts, or other components manufactured by a third party, is against such a third-party manufacturer.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, manuals, and components.

After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 12 business days.
