The fixture is handcrafted by highly skilled artisans in our 180,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the USA. Dimmable energy-efficient lamping options are available. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, manuals, and components.
To start a return, contact us at info@qirovex.com before sending anything back. Once approved, Qirovex provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 12 business days.
