Tuesday evening reset made me realize this flush mount had already become part of the entry. The room makes more sense as a whole now.

Our upstairs landing made the most sense once a couple of friends stopped by unexpectedly; the space still felt relaxed with everyone there. The overall setup feels intentional without becoming precious. The room feels finished but still relaxed. The room feels better for having it there.

Thursday quiet cleanup is when this flush mount feels most at home in the small dining area. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up.
