At Liora Muse, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process that complies with UK consumer protection laws.
Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items, as long as the products are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges outside of this 30-day window.
Return Method
All returns and exchanges are processed by mail. We do not currently offer in-store returns or drop-off locations.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@lioramuse.com. Upon approval of your request, a return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print.
Return Shipping & Costs
Liora Muse will cover all return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees applied to any returns or exchanges.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 12 business days. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
Please note that all refunds are issued in GBP (£). If your payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply their own exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
