Qirovex offers free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday – Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Our standard handling time is 1 to 5 business days, and estimated transit time is 4 to 13 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 18 business days.

Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Approved returns receive a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 12 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
