How long does delivery take?
Our total estimated delivery time is 5 to 18 business days. This includes 1 to 5 business days for handling and 4 to 13 business days for transit after the order has been dispatched.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday – Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT-5) will begin processing on the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, we will send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout.
Can I return a lighting product if it does not fit my space?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the item is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, returned in its original packaging, and includes all parts, accessories, manuals, and components.
Can I return a light after it has been installed?
Items that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, or returned with missing parts may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product carefully before installation.
Who pays for return shipping?
For approved returns, Qirovex provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. The return must be approved before the label is issued.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@qirovex.com with your order number, full name, and the email address used at checkout. Please do not send any item back before receiving approval and return instructions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 12 business days.
