Shipping Policy Overview

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday – Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT-5) will begin processing on the next business day.

Our standard handling time is 1 to 5 business days, and estimated transit time is 4 to 13 business days.

Return & Refund Policy Overview

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, returned in their original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, manuals, and components.

Approved returns receive a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Customers must wait for return approval and instructions before sending any item back.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 12 business days.
