The famous phrase by architect and designer Luiss Mies van der Rohe, 鈥渓ess is more鈥 perfectly sums up the spirit of the new Groove collection, which draws inspiration from the minimal style of the early Sixties. A mood that in those years crossed art, architecture, literature and music, proposing a simple, orderly and rigorous lifestyle, detached from the chaos and frenzy of everyday life. Groove returns to the basic geometric structures, the rectangle and the sphere, and unites them in a new form that gives a strong sense of stability. The straight lines of the four metal frames fit together perpendicularly, creating a perfect balance. The soft shapes of the glass spheres, available in shaded white or satin white glass, fit perfectly between the rectangles, without compromising the rigorous order. The structure of Groove is not random: it is designed to guarantee maximum flexibility and customization of the chandelier. The four metal frames (of two different lengths), in fact, slide to create new geometries to adapt to spaces and give each project an ever different and original shape.
