    Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all parts, accessories, manuals, and components.

    To start a return, contact us at info@qirovex.com before sending anything back. Once approved, Qirovex provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

    After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 12 business days.

    The dining area looks more intentional with this lantern pendant in place. The room needed a minor adjustment around it, which was more about our layout than the light.
