The Sophia collection is inspired by traditional French design which has been reinterpreted in a contemporary context.
Instead of fruitwood or mahogany, we've use a bleached straight-grained oak.
Instead of inset wooden panels, we've use mirrored panels.
The overall effect is strikingly beautiful, thoroughly romantic, while traditional and modern at the same time.
With custom made antique brass sabots and pulls, and intricate wooden channeling, the Sofia is sure to be a topic of conversation.

For the living area, this cabinet turned out to be a better fit than the more elaborate options I considered. I spent more time than expected deciding on the placement, though I am happy with it now.

It is easy to appreciate this case piece on an ordinary weekday because it feels so at home in my dining room. I like how this case piece gives my dining room a clearer point of view without taking over. The surrounding furniture now feels more connected. This case piece is a choice I am happy to keep living with.

Family came over recently, and the cabinet ended up getting more compliments than anything else in our study. I was aiming for an update that would still feel comfortable day to day, and the overall setup now feels much more coherent. It is slightly more noticeable in the room than I expected, though not in a way I regret.

For the dining room, this cabinet turned out to be a better fit than the more elaborate options I considered. The room feels more finished, but not more formal, and that balance matters to me. For me, that makes this cabinet one of the better choices we made for the dining room.
