In our sitting room, there is more cohesion in the space now, and it happened as soon as the table went into place. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our sitting room needed.

Within our family room, our routine did not have to change around this table; it slid into this room naturally.

Compared with the room before, the best sign is that this piece already feels like part of our regular routine in this room. The overall effect feels considered without becoming precious. It is slightly more noticeable in the room than I expected, though not in a way I regret.
