Somewhere between cleanup and the rest of the day, this pendant light simply became part of the small eating area. The 2-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled.

Sunday quiet breakfast is a surprisingly good test of how naturally this pendant light fits the small eating area. I second-guessed the layout at first, but the room feels natural now. The room now feels considered without feeling staged. My first impression was more cautious than my opinion after living with it for a while.
