By a busy Tuesday morning, the dining area still feels easy to live with with this chandelier in place. The best sign is that nobody in the house treats the dining room differently just because the update is finished.

When it is long conversation after dinner, the dining area makes more sense as a whole with this chandelier in place. The 6-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start. The room still feels comfortable on ordinary nights and polished enough when people come over. I would make the same choice again for this room.

By a rainy Thursday morning, the room feels more pulled together with this chandelier in place. On weekends, I notice it most when the main room stays busy a little longer than usual. Living with it through normal weeks made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one.
