Friday quiet breakfast is when this pendant light feels most at home in the breakfast area. It has quietly become part of the way the room feels at the end of the day. It settled into the room more easily than I expected. I am glad we chose something that fits the way we actually live.

Tuesday busy late snack is a surprisingly good test of how naturally this pendant light fits the kitchen area. The 5-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start. A few ordinary weekends made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one. The room feels better for having it there.

Our main room started feeling different once this pendant light was in place; my parents were the first person to say the room felt more pulled together.
