The Golden Forge Chandel-Air is a modern marvel, a dual-function lighting/fan innovation featuring energy-efficient technologies. The fixture features Dark Roast finished hardware with a Hand-forge hammered metal band, slightly raised to allow a sliver of light through narrow slots in the side. The bottom and inside diffusers are created with rich Silver Mica. Handcrafted in our 180,000 manufacturing facility in Yorkville, NY. In summer, the fan pushes down a windchill that circulates to keep the space cool and comfortable. In winter, the fan is reversed to pull the room air up towards the ceiling and force the warm air back down and circulate to create warmth. Custom sizes, styles, and colors are available.

Our room made the most sense once a couple of friends stopped by unexpectedly; the whole setup held together naturally. It has been part of quiet mornings, busy evenings, and normal life. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled.

Our living room started feeling different once this semi-flush ceiling light was in place; my partner kept commenting on how different the space felt after dark. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled.

Slow Tuesday mornings are when this semi-flush ceiling light feels least like a new purchase in the living room.

We picked this semi-flush ceiling light to give the room a more settled center, and the whole setup makes more sense now. I had already decided I wanted a 8-light version, so that detail helped narrow the choice. The overall setup feels intentional without becoming precious.
