A Meyda Tiffany original design, the Fleur-de-Lis two-tier inverted chandelier is an intricate design of yellow tri-petaled irises and azure-colored jewels against crimson and cobalt bands. Reminiscent of castle and cathedral glass, the fleur-de-lis pattern holds a prominent place in French heraldry. Intricately detailed hardware, hand finished in mahogany bronze with antique gold accents, cradles a stained glass shade and lighted hub which are handcrafted utilizing the copper foil construction process.

Busy Tuesday afternoon, this chandelier feels especially natural in the space where everyone gathers. I notice the improvement most when the dining area is being used normally rather than styled for company.

By a rainy Thursday evening, the gathering space feels less unfinished with this chandelier in place. It has already been part of takeout nights, ordinary mornings, and plenty of ordinary days. The everyday routine has been a better test than any first impression.

By a quiet Friday morning, the main room has a better sense of balance with this chandelier in place. It feels just as natural during long conversations as it does during the usual weekday routine.

We made room for this chandelier to give the room a more settled center, and it worked into everyday life more easily than I expected. The overall setup feels considered now, but the dining area still feels relaxed. The dining room feels more resolved now in a way that feels easy to live with. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.
