By rainy guest prep, this flush mount feels completely normal in the small dining area. The room makes more sense as a whole now. The room now feels considered without feeling staged.

Sunday relaxed cleanup is when this flush mount feels most at home in the room. I kept coming back to this one partly because I was looking for a 3-light version. The longer it is here, the less I think of it as a new purchase. I am glad we chose something that fits the way we actually live.

Our upstairs landing started feeling different once this flush mount was in place; our kids kept commenting on how different the space felt after dark.
