When it is takeout night, the main room still feels easy to live with with this chandelier in place. I like it most when the gathering space is being lived in rather than perfectly styled. The best sign is that nobody in the house treats the space where everyone gathers differently just because the update is finished.

Our dining area started feeling different once this chandelier was in place; my partner kept saying the room finally felt finished.
