Our room made the most sense once friends came over one evening; the space still felt relaxed with everyone there. The room makes more sense as a whole now.

The living room feels more pulled together with this semi-flush ceiling light in place. The 4-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start. It works just as naturally on a rushed weekday as it does when we have people over.

I ended up choosing this semi-flush ceiling light to make the room feel more finished, and the room feels better for it. I kept coming back to this one partly because I was looking for a 4-light version. The overall setup feels intentional without becoming precious. It has been a genuinely good fit for our home.
