Within our dining room, the placement feels right, the room feels settled, and I am glad I chose the sideboard. The room feels better prepared for both everyday meals and having people over. I was aiming for a piece that would add presence without taking over, and the overall setup now feels much more coherent. What surprised me was how quickly the room started to feel finished, especially after we stopped fussing with the arrangement. I would make the same decision for our dining room again.

For the dining room, the rest of the space finally makes more sense around this credenza. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.

Morning and evening, this sideboard simply works with how we actually live in our main dining space.
