The rest of our reading corner finally makes more sense around this accent table. The best part for me is that our reading corner still feels relaxed even with this accent table giving it more structure. From different parts of our reading corner, this accent table still feels like it belongs with everything else. It was not an instant yes for everyone in the house, but it grew on us quickly.

The room was close to done before, but this accent table gave it the last bit of direction it needed. The room took one extra round of rearranging before I was completely happy with it.

With our existing furniture around it, I kept coming back to this table because it looked like it would suit the space, and it does. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.

For my bedroom, it is surprisingly hard to find furniture that feels distinct without feeling loud, and the piece gets that balance right. The room feels settled now, and I would not change the choice.
