John Richard Calaveras Cocktail Table

When I look at my main sitting area as a whole, I keep finding small moments when I am glad we chose this table, especially when the room is being used normally. The room feels more finished, but not more formal, and that balance matters to me.

Someone asks about this coffee table almost every time we have people over, which still makes me smile. That reaction made me feel better about taking my time with the choice. I was aiming for a more intentional room without a full redesign, and this got us much closer to it. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.

From the doorway into my living room, this is the kind of furniture choice that makes the whole room feel more deliberate.

For our sitting room, the piece turned out to be a better fit than the more elaborate options I considered.
