In our family room, our guests do not necessarily know what changed, but they keep saying the space feels better since this seating piece went in. It looks intentional from different parts of the room, which was important to me. Our family room feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.

Looking at the living room now, I thought I would mostly notice the look, but what I like is how normal this piece feels in our day-to-day life.

Within the living room, I keep finding small moments when I am glad we chose this sofa, especially when the room is being used normally.

For our main sitting area, the room feels much more pulled together now, and this piece is a big reason why. I did not need to change the rest of our main sitting area for this piece to make sense there. The room feels more finished, but not more formal, and that balance matters to me. It has quickly become where we land at the end of the day. The end result in our main sitting area feels like our home, only more finished.
