Friday slow weekend reset is when this armed sconce feels most at home in the guest room. The overall setup feels intentional without becoming precious.

This armed sconce works well for us, but I did rethink the entry once before everything felt balanced. It feels intentional without asking for attention every time I walk past it. I notice the improvement most when I am just moving through the room normally. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up.

The reading corner has a clearer purpose with this armed sconce in place. It settled into the room more easily than I expected.

The biggest difference for me about this armed sconce is how well it works with the rest of the room. It helped finish the space without changing its everyday character. The wall no longer feels like the unfinished part of the room.
