Looking at the living room now, the furniture we keep long term is usually the furniture that disappears into our routine, and the piece is already doing that.

A little time has only made me like this table more in our sitting room. It is distinct enough to notice and quiet enough to live with. It is slightly more noticeable in the room than I expected, though not in a way I regret.

I appreciate how this piece contributes to my family room without competing with everything around it. Seeing this piece with the rest of my family room makes the whole arrangement feel more connected. The whole sofa area looks more connected now. The room feels more finished, but not more formal, and that balance matters to me. I was aiming for something that would work with what we already owned, and the space finally feels finished. I had to rearrange the surrounding furniture once before the setup felt right, which is the only reason I landed at four stars.

I was not looking for a dramatic change, yet this table noticeably improved the way our family room comes together.
