This stately armoire is the epitome of post-modern Italian aesthetics. At home in a living room, study or bedroom, its arched form is dressed in an impressive high-gloss finish that celebrates its rich Caramello brown/ Apatite green color. Two doors are graced with a large, circular Smoked Bronze/ Crystal Grey mirror. A round, inset split-pull in Whisper of Gold opens the doors to reveal the piece’s multi-functional versatility with one adjustable shelf, a touch-latch pull-out writing surface and four drawers with pull-tab guides in Whisper of Gold. A plinth base with delicate corner flourishes is finished in hand-applied shimmering Oracle leaf.

I chose this case piece because I liked it, but the fact that everyone else responded well was a nice bonus.

The room feels less temporary with the case piece in it. It works with what we already owned, so I did not feel like I had to rethink everything around it.

For our dining room, the best sign is that this piece already feels like part of our regular routine in the room.

Within our hallway, we use the space all the time, and the case piece has fit into that routine without making the space feel precious. The room feels more collected during everyday use.
