The Strand poster bed is a signature design in the collection, featuring woven cane panels in the headboard and footboard.
The canopy is removable, as are the posts, allowing the bed to be set up in three different configurations.
The woven cane remains the light nutmeg finish which pairs perfectly with the white Tides finish.
Included are two sets of post caps traditional finial and an architectural faceted design.

I kept the rest of our guest bedroom simple, and the bed gives the space just enough presence. It was not an instant yes for everyone in the house, but it grew on us quickly.

After moving, our bedroom was the space that felt least complete, and the bedroom piece changed that. The timing made the purchase feel especially memorable, but I still like it just as much in normal daily life. I like that the room still feels relaxed rather than overly coordinated. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.
