Florence Double Dresser

In the context of the bedroom, the room feels comfortable and finished during the most ordinary parts of our week. The bedroom feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.

I kept the rest of my bedroom simple, and this dresser gives the space just enough presence. It has enough presence to matter without making the whole room revolve around it.

Here in our primary bedroom, I was aiming for understated, and this piece landed in the right place visually. What surprised me was how much calmer the room seemed, especially when the room is being used normally. The space looks polished while the house still feels lived in. The surrounding furniture feels less random now that this piece is part of our primary bedroom. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in our primary bedroom.

For the way we use our bedroom, I kept coming back to this dresser because it looked like it would suit this room, and it does.
