To my eye in our living room, this was the piece that made the space stop feeling half-finished. This piece is a choice I am happy to keep living with.

With the smaller details kept simple, a lot of furniture looks good by itself, but this sofa also works with the rest of the room. The whole sitting area feels more relaxed and complete. I appreciate it most on ordinary nights when everyone is home. For me, that makes this sofa one of the better choices we made for our family room.

From the doorway into our living room, our routine did not have to change around this piece; it slid into the space naturally. It has enough presence to matter without making the whole room revolve around it. I can change smaller things around this piece without feeling like the whole plan for our living room has to change. This piece is a choice I am happy to keep living with.
