In the bedroom, I kept coming back to this bed because it looked like it would suit the space, and it does. I notice it without feeling like the whole room revolves around it. I would choose the same direction again for this space.

The room was close to done before, but this bed gave it the last bit of direction it needed. It changed the tone of the room more than any smaller update could have. It has enough presence to matter, but the room still has breathing space. This ended up being exactly the kind of update my bedroom needed.

I was not looking for a dramatic change, yet this bed noticeably improved the way the guest bedroom comes together. The room feels more grown-up now, but it still feels like a place we actually live in.
