A couple of guests have mentioned how pulled together our sitting area feels, and this seat deserves some of the credit. It feels good when a furniture choice works for the people who actually live with it. The space looks polished while the house still feels lived in. This ended up being exactly the kind of update our sitting area needed.

A little time has only made me like the chair more in my bedroom. It made the corner feel inviting rather than simply filled.

The overall look is calmer now that this seat is part of the family room. The corner feels more inviting now without looking staged. I was aiming for an update that would still feel comfortable day to day, and this got us much closer to it.
