Tommy Bahama Home Kingstown Devon Chair

In the finished room, I wanted one strong piece without making the room feel busy, and this worked out well. It made the corner feel inviting rather than simply filled. What surprised me was how much calmer the room seemed, especially with the rest of our furniture around it. I had to rearrange the surrounding furniture once before the setup felt right, which is the only reason I landed at four stars.

After living with this piece for a while, I like how natural it feels in the reading corner.

Compared with the room before, I kept coming back to this piece because it looked like it would suit the room, and it does. It gives the room a place to pause without making the arrangement feel crowded. What surprised me was how natural it felt with pieces we already had, especially when the room is being used normally. The overall effect is polished but still comfortable. Our sitting area feels better as a whole, which matters more to me than any single detail.
