Theodore Alexander Stephen Church Harper Console Table

Of everything I changed in our front room, this console table made the most immediate visual difference. The area used to feel like an in-between space, and now it has a clear purpose visually.

Even when the room is not perfectly tidy, this console table still makes the overall space feel intentional. I was aiming for a room that looked considered but not precious, and this ended up being the right direction. What surprised me was how easy it was to keep the room feeling relaxed around it, especially when friends are over. Walking past it every day, I like the room more than I did before. I would make the same decision for our hallway again.

For my hallway, we use the space all the time, and the console has fit into that routine without making the space feel precious. What surprised me was how easy it was to keep the room feeling relaxed around it, especially when the room is being used normally. The look has a little more visual presence than I pictured, but it ended up working for the room.
