As a piece of the overall room, the room was close to done before, but this dresser gave it the last bit of direction it needed. I did not need to change the rest of my guest bedroom for this dresser to make sense there. It gave the bedroom a stronger sense of structure without making it feel heavy. I was aiming for a room that looked considered but not precious, and the room finally has that balance. I am glad I took the time to choose this dresser.

From one side of our primary bedroom to the other, this is the kind of furniture choice that makes the whole room feel more deliberate. From different parts of our primary bedroom, this piece still feels like it belongs with everything else.

For this part of the house, my partner and I had different ideas for the space, and this dresser ended up being the thing we both liked. I went back and forth on where it belonged before everything clicked.

As a piece of the overall room, it is surprisingly hard to find furniture that feels distinct without feeling loud, and this piece gets that balance right.
