A month later, I am even happier with how this table works in my family room. I was aiming for a room that looked considered but not precious, and nothing around it had to change. I was hoping this table would pull my family room together, and it did that without making the space feel overly coordinated. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in my family room.

For my family room, I had a hard time deciding what this room was missing, and this coffee table turned out to be the answer. What surprised me was how little else needed to change once this was in place, especially when the house is busy. That is enough for me to feel very good about the purchase.

For my living room, the table turned out to be a better fit than the more elaborate options I considered. I would make the same decision for my living room again.
