Theodore Alexander Althorp Living History The Butler's Speciality

Here in the home, I like that this furniture piece still feels right on an ordinary weekday, not just when the room is cleaned up for company.

From the first glance across our main room, someone asks about this piece almost every time we have people over, which still makes me smile. It feels good when a furniture choice works for the people who actually live with it. It has settled into the house easily. I am happy with the balance we ended up with in our main room.

The overall look is calmer now that the furniture piece is part of my living area. I appreciate it most when the room is simply being used as usual. What surprised me was how little else needed to change once this was in place, especially with the rest of our furniture around it. The end result in my living area feels like our home, only more finished.
