Friday ordinary weekend brunch is a surprisingly good test of how naturally this chandelier fits the dining room. It works with the rest of the room instead of competing with it.

When it is everyone gathering in the room, the space where everyone gathers still feels easy to live with with this chandelier in place. I needed a few days to get used to the room with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly. It settled into the room more easily than I expected. The room needed a minor adjustment around it, which was more about our layout than the light.

Monday unhurried takeout night is a surprisingly good test of how naturally this chandelier fits the room. The room now feels considered without feeling staged. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room.
