Each hub is a complete LED light engine, using an array of LEDS with driver circuitry on each of the two faces of the hub.
The connecting arms form a structural and electrical connection between the hubs, and are easily assembled by inserting the arm into the hub and are secured in place by a retaining set screw.

By slow guest prep, this multi-light pendant feels completely normal in the entry. The LED version matched one of the practical details I had already decided on. The everyday routine has been a better test than any first impression. The room feels better for having it there.

Wednesday rainy takeout night is when this multi-light pendant feels most at home in the central part of the room. The 26-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room.
