Thursday busy late snack is a surprisingly good test of how naturally this chandelier fits the dining room. It settled into the room more easily than I expected. A few ordinary weekends made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one. I needed a few days to get used to the room with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly.

I settled on this chandelier to give the room a more settled center, and the change felt natural almost immediately. The space feels more complete while still feeling like our home. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.
