On an ordinary evening, the dining room centerpiece makes the eat-in kitchen feel a little more settled and complete. It works with the rest of our furniture instead of competing with it. It has made everyday meals feel a little more special. The piece has a nice presence in person, but it does not make the rest of the room feel secondary.
