Once the novelty passed, I still liked how the dining table made the eat-in kitchen feel during everyday life. I was looking for a change I would notice every day, and this has been exactly that. It gave the room the anchor it was missing. Very happy with how it has worked out.

Leaving the room fairly relaxed, the dining table gives the space a more finished look without changing its character. It works with the rest of our furniture instead of competing with it. It made the dining area feel like a real gathering place. I can see this staying in the room even if we change some of the surrounding pieces later. Overall, it has been an easy piece to enjoy.

Even on busy days, the dining room centerpiece makes the eat-in kitchen feel a little more put together. We did not need to change anything else around it for the space to work. It made the dining area feel like a real gathering place. The piece photographs well, but I actually like it more in normal everyday light. I would happily choose it again for the same space.
