The Wood Disc Chandelier is crafted from sustainably-sourced Jacaranda wood that has been cut and shaped by hand. Both the wood and the glass have been recycled (Jacaranda is an invasive species that is cut and burned; the glass discs were Coke bottles in a prior life). The result is a bohemian yet elegant light fixture that fits any design style.

Wood and beads are a natural product and therefore susceptible to fading if exposed to direct sunlight or moisture.

The best part of a busy Thursday night is how ordinary this chandelier feels in the main room. The everyday routine has been a better test than any first impression. The longer this chandelier is here, the less it feels like a new purchase. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up in the main room.

Ordinary Sunday morning, this chandelier feels especially natural in the main room. This chandelier works with the rest of the central part of the house instead of competing with it. When friends are over, this chandelier simply feels like part of the main room. It has been a genuinely good fit for our home.
