Thursday ordinary dinner prep is a surprisingly good test of how naturally this pendant light fits the room. I needed a few days to get used to the room with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly. The room feels finished but still relaxed. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up.

Our entry felt different after the first holiday in the new house; adding this pendant light was one of the details that made the place feel like ours.

Monday relaxed coffee is when this pendant light feels most at home in the entry. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room. It has been part of quiet mornings, busy evenings, and normal life. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.
