Sunday slow coffee is when this armed sconce feels most at home in the room.

Our hallway made the most sense once we had family staying for the weekend; the whole setup held together naturally. It has been easy to live with on ordinary days. It has already been there for weeknight routines, family visits, and plenty of ordinary evenings. It turned out to be one of the more satisfying updates we made.

The room update felt more convincing after my brother kept commenting on how different the space felt after dark. The everyday routine has been a better test than any first impression.
