Thursday quiet weekend reset is when this flush-mounted sconce feels most at home in the room.

Monday relaxed evening reset is when this flush-mounted sconce feels most at home in the bedroom. The room needed a minor adjustment around it, which was more about our layout than the light. I like it most when the room is being lived in rather than perfectly styled. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up.

Having people over changed my opinion more than the first day did; when we hosted a small gathering, the room felt ready without extra styling. Walking past it every day made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one. I notice the improvement most when I am just moving through the room normally.

The room update felt more convincing after my dad noticed the change before I said anything. I had already decided I wanted a 1-light version, so that detail helped narrow the choice. The longer it is here, the less I think of it as a new purchase.
