By a calm Sunday evening, the central part of the house still feels easy to live with with this chandelier in place. When friends are over, this chandelier simply feels like part of the gathering space. The room still feels comfortable on ordinary nights and polished enough when people come over. I second-guessed the layout at first, but the main room feels natural now.

A typical Thursday night is when the central part of the house feels more welcoming with this chandelier. The whole space feels easier on the eye now without looking overly arranged. This chandelier works with the rest of the main room instead of competing with it. I would make the same choice again for this main room.

The dining room on Monday afternoon feels less unfinished with this chandelier in place. The longer this chandelier is here, the less it feels like a new purchase. The room still feels comfortable on ordinary nights and polished enough when people come over. The space where everyone gathers feels better for having it there.
