By a calm Saturday afternoon, the gathering space still feels easy to live with with this chandelier in place. I notice the improvement most when the dining area is being used normally rather than styled for company. The gathering space makes more sense as a whole now, which was the goal from the beginning. The dining room feels better for having it there.

By a slow Wednesday morning, the room looks more complete with this chandelier in place. On weekends, I notice it most when the central part of the house stays busy a little longer than usual.

Relaxed Wednesday evening, this chandelier feels especially natural in the room. I kept coming back to this one partly because I was looking for a 72-light version.
