On the end of a long day, I notice how naturally this pendant light fits the entry. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room.

Our room started feeling different once this pendant light was in place; my parents noticed the change before I said anything. The 8-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start. It has been easy to live with on ordinary days. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up.
