By a calm Thursday night, the gathering space has a better sense of balance with this chandelier in place. Living with it through normal weeks made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one. It feels intentional without asking for attention every time I walk into the dining room. The main room feels better for having it there.

My parents was more excited about the update than I expected on a slow Friday night, which made this chandelier feel even more natural in the gathering space. The 20-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start.
