By rainy weekend brunch, this pendant light feels completely normal in the small eating area.

Saturday busy dinner prep is when this pendant light feels most at home in the breakfast area. I needed a few days to get used to the room with it there, but that hesitation passed quickly. The room now feels considered without feeling staged. The room needed a minor adjustment around it, which was more about our layout than the light.

Our kitchen area made the most sense once a couple of friends stopped by unexpectedly; the space felt much more welcoming. The overall setup feels intentional without becoming precious. A few ordinary weekends made me appreciate the choice more than I did on day one. The room feels better for having it there.
