The first time friends came over one evening, this flush mount felt like part of the room rather than something we had just bought. The 7-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start.

Wednesday slow cleanup is when this flush mount feels most at home in the upstairs landing. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room. The longer it is here, the less I think of it as a new purchase. The room feels better for having it there.

The part I notice most about this flush mount is how easily it fits ordinary evenings. The 7-light configuration was one of the few specific details I had in mind from the start.
